– Junior Laptop Service Engineer

Position: Junior Laptop Service Engineer / Technician

Experience: 0–2 years / Freshers with basic technical knowledge

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair laptops from brands such as Dell, HP and Lenovo.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, including RAM, SSD, battery, display, keyboard, charging and motherboard-related issues.
- Install and configure Windows, drivers and basic software.
- Perform laptop cleaning, servicing, upgrades and preventive maintenance.
- Test refurbished laptops for performance, battery health and overall functionality.
- Assist senior technicians with motherboard-level diagnosis and repairs.
- Maintain service records and update job status.




- Handle customer devices carefully and follow company service procedures.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of laptop hardware and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to use basic diagnostic tools and dismantle/reassemble laptops safely.
- Valuable troubleshooting attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- ITI/Diploma/Computer Hardware course preferred, but freshers with practical knowledge can apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
