Job Title: Junior Network Administrator / Network Support Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Network Administrator / Network Support Engineer to provide Tier 1/2 network support and assist with day-to-day network operations under the guidance of senior engineers.The environment includes Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Meraki switching and wireless, and Aruba EdgeConnect / Silver Peak SD-WAN , with network segmentation across IT and OT environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor network devices, performance, and availability.
- Perform routine network administration, maintenance, patching, and firmware upgrades.
- Assist with Palo Alto, Meraki, and Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN management.
- Support basic VLAN, switch port, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routing, firewall, and VPN changes.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and network access issues.
- Monitor alerts and provide Tier 1/2 incident support, escalating complex issues when required.
- Maintain configuration backups, network inventory, and technical documentation.
- Assist with network segmentation and IT/OT network operations.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Participate in regular network maintenance and service activities.

Required Technical Skills





- Basic to intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Understanding of VLANs, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi.
- Basic knowledge of firewall concepts and VPNs.
- Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cisco Meraki switching and wireless is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Aruba EdgeConnect / Silver Peak SD-WAN is preferred.
- Experience with network device patching and firmware upgrades.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for LAN, WAN, wireless, and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

Preferred Certifications

- CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
- Palo Alto Networks certification is a plus.
- Cisco / Meraki certification is a plus.
- Aruba networking certification is a plus.
