Roles and Responsibilities

- Build real features across our frontend, mobile app, and backend
- Work with React/React Native, Python/FastAPI, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
- Develop APIs and database queries
- Fix real production issues reported by teachers and users
- Write tests and participate in code reviews
- Learn how systems serving millions of users are deployed, monitored, and scaled
- Work closely with senior engineers and the CTO
- Gradually take ownership of complete features

What We’re Looking For
- Robust programming fundamentals
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Basic knowledge of Python and backend/API development
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases
- Understanding of Git fundamentals
- Ability to read, understand, and debug existing code
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly

Good to Have

- React Native or Android development
- REST APIs
- Redis or asynchronous processing
- Docker
- Experience deploying your own projects
- Interest in education or public-impact technology

Salary Range 5.00 - 6.00 LPA
