We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic & Content Designer based in Kolkata with a strong visual aesthetic and a solid grasp of design fundamentals. In this hybrid role, you will lead visual content creation for our social media, digital campaigns, and brand collateral.

We heavily prioritize design discipline—typography, layout harmony, and brand systems—combined with a modern approach to AI-assisted workflows and multimedia content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop visually compelling graphics, brand assets, and marketing collateral aligned with established design language and style guides.
- Use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create clean, scalable vector artwork and high-quality raster imagery.
- Integrate generative AI tools into your creative workflow to speed up ideation, asset generation, and content production.
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, social ads) to complement static visual campaigns.
- Ensure strict visual consistency across all digital touchpoints and brand communications.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Core Foundation: Solid understanding of design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.




- Education / Background: Degree, diploma, or formal background in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, or Visual Communication is strongly preferred.
- Essential Software: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Preferred Skills: Basic to intermediate video editing capabilities (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
- AI Tool Integration: Active usage or familiarity with creative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI) to enhance efficiency.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design foundations, brand consistency, and creative execution is mandatory for consideration.
