- Day-to-day supervision of assigned field teams.

- Allocation and monitoring of meter reading and meter replacement jobs.

- Planning daily routes and ensuring optimum utilization of field manpower.

- Pre-verification of consumer and meter details before field activity.

- Supervision of meter replacement as per approved procedure.

- Verification of old/new meter numbers, readings and meter condition.

- Verification of photographs, GPS and job completion records.

- Monitoring of meter replacement material and tools at field level.

- Handling of consumer coordination and field-level issues.

- Monitoring of pending, failed, inaccessible and rescheduled jobs.

- Follow-up with field personnel for closure of pending activities.





- Monitoring of daily attendance and field productivity.

- Ensuring proper use of mobile applications and field reporting systems.

- Supporting revenue collection and other commercial field activities as assigned.

- Ensuring compliance with safety and work procedures.

- Maintaining proper field records and documentation.

- Submission of daily field reports/MIS.

- Escalation of unresolved technical, consumer or operational issues.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
