Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing activities, create engaging content and creatives, and support brand visibility and lead-generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Manage company social media platforms and maintain a regular content calendar.
- Create engaging social media posts, banners, email creatives, and marketing materials.
- Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
- Use Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to track website and campaign performance.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Support SEO/SEM, email marketing, and lead-generation activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Research digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.
- Ensure all marketing content follows company branding and quality standards.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing.
- Strong creative skills with proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create professional and engaging marketing content.
- Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in B2B or IT/technology marketing will be an added advantage.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
