Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Business Development Executive Fresher, with a fixed remuneration of ₹20,000 per month, based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying prospective learners and partner organizations, managing outbound and inbound calls, and presenting Teknowgrade’s programs and services.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with leads, following up to convert inquiries into enrollments, and updating CRM or sales tracking tools with accurate information.

Executive will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, gather feedback from prospects,



and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken and written English, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, such as lead qualification, objection handling, and relationship-building with prospective learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess customer service and support skills, including empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to offer appropriate guidance about programs and career paths.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office tools and the ability to learn CRM or sales management software.
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals from any discipline are welcome; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Bengaluru, be comfortable with target-driven roles, and show eagerness to learn and grow in business development.
