Roles & Responsibilities

Lead creation

Account creation and contact entry

Follow Up with customer for invoices/statement of accounts/purchase orders

Morning Shift: 9am-6pm

What You Need to Succeed

Educational Qualifications

Commerce graduate or postgraduate with first class grade

Technical Skills

Up to 1 year work experience in back-office process

SAP CRM knowledge preferable

Shared service background will be an advantage
