About co_LAB Design Studio /n co_LAB Design Studio is a Mumbai-based architecture and interior design practice specialising in high-end residential interiors and architecture. /n Our design approach is rooted in simplicity, functionality, clean lines and timeless, refined aesthetics. We work closely with clients, consultants, and execution teams to take projects from concept to completion. /n About the Role /n We are looking for a Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing design team. /n The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in residential design, good design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into well-resolved drawings and presentations. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Assist in developing concepts, layouts, mood boards and design presentations

/n

- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings

/n

- Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations and detailed drawings

/n

- Coordinate with senior architects, designers, consultants and vendors

/n

- Assist with material selections, specifications and BOQs

/n

- Coordinate design requirements with the site/execution team

/n

- Attend site visits and assist with resolving design and technical issues

/n

- Prepare presentations and client-facing design material

/n

- Ensure drawings and design documentation are accurate and up to date

/n





- Assist in maintaining project timelines and coordinating deliverables

/n /n Skills Required /n /n

- Strong understanding of architecture and interior design fundamentals

/n

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD

/n

- Proficiency in SketchUp / 3D software is preferred

/n

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator is an advantage

/n

- Valuable understanding of materials, furniture, finishes and detailing

/n

- Strong visualisation and presentation skills

/n

- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

/n

- Good communication and coordination skills

/n

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
