JUNIOR ARCHITECT co_LAB Design Studio | Mumbai co_LAB Design Studio is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in high-end residential architecture and interiors, with a keen eye for design, materials, detailing, and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in developing concept designs, layouts, presentations, and design proposals.
- Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, consultants, and vendors.
- Assist with material selections, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Participate in site visits, measurements, and site coordination.
- Ensure drawings and design details are accurate and aligned with the approved design.
- Support projects from concept development through execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to resolve design and detailing requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors in Architecture.




- 0–2 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape, PowerPoint, MS Office and other design software is preferred.
- Good understanding of materials, construction details, and architectural drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative design team.
- Attention to detail and a strong design sensibility.
