Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support business functions through data collection,

analysis, reporting, and insight generation. The role will work closely with Marketing, HR, and other business functions to ensure accurate data flow, develop dashboards, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual dashboards and reports.
- Analyze data from different perspectives to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and actionable insights.
- Conduct post-project analysis across Marketing, HR, and other business functions.
- Track and analyze key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
- Take ownership of assigned data, reporting, and analytical activities.
- Identify gaps in data inflow and coordinate with relevant teams to improve data collection processes.
- Conduct field visits, when required, to streamline data collection and improve data quality.




- Present data insights and analytical findings clearly to managers and leadership.
- Use MS Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools for analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical workflows.

Requirements

- Experience: Min 2 years in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, HR analytics,

marketing analytics, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, Data

Analytics, or related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of business metrics and data analysis.
- Ability to work with data from multiple sources and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to present data and insights effectively to managers and senior leadership.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel or conduct field visits when required.
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and productivity will be an added advantage.
