nKadkraft Systems Private Limited is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team at our Mohali office. The candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on working knowledge of Tally.
nThe role will involve day-to-day accounting, maintaining financial records, reconciliations and supporting the team in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
n
- Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt, payment and journal entries
n
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documentation
n
- Perform bank reconciliations
n
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts
n
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records
n
- Assist in GST and TDS related documentation and compliance
n
- Maintain inventory-related accounting records
n
- Follow up and maintain records of outstanding customer payments
n
- Support month-end accounting and preparation of financial reports
n
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
n
- Assist the Accounts team with statutory compliance and other routine financial activities
n
nCandidate Requirements
n
n
- B.Com graduate
n
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
n
- Valuable hands-on knowledge of Tally
n
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
n
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
n
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
n
- Familiarity with invoicing, ledger accounting and bank reconciliation
n
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to maintain proper records and documentation
n
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned accounting activities
n
nPreferred Candidate
nCandidates residing in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula or nearby areas will be preferred.
