We’re looking for a Junior Account Director to join our Bangalore team — someone who understands advertising, enjoys working closely with clients, and can confidently coordinate projects across clients, creative teams and production partners.
The role involves managing day-to-day client communication, understanding and translating briefs, coordinating internal teams, tracking timelines and deliverables, participating in presentations, and ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to final delivery.
Candidates should have 2–3 years of solid experience in a skilled advertising agency. Relevant agency experience is a must.
A strong understanding of social media and digital marketing is essential.
The candidate should be highly familiar with digital platforms, social content, campaign planning, current trends, formats, influencer-led content and the overall digital ecosystem.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, articulate, client-friendly, digitally savvy and passionate about advertising and creative work.
