Social Media Marketing

Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves planning and executing daily social media activities across platforms, including content scheduling, post publishing, and basic community management. The Jr.

Executive will help create social media content in coordination with design and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, assisting in basic digital marketing tasks,



supporting campaign ideation, and staying updated on trends and platform best practices. The role also requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of social media assets and consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support platform growth, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to craft engaging posts, captions, and basic creatives aligned with brand and campaign goals.

- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, respond to audience interactions professionally, and present ideas clearly.

- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR) and willingness to learn performance reporting.

- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and current social media trends and formats.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple posts, calendars, and campaign timelines.

- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.

- Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with the ability to take feedback and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, creative environment.
