Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Engineer to join our interiors production team. The ideal candidate will assist the Production Manager in coordinating daily operations, maintaining job documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between management and the production workforce, including carpenters and painters. This role requires a good understanding of interior production processes and the ability to foster strong working relationships to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update job cards accurately for all ongoing interior production tasks.

- Assist the Production Manager by providing daily updates on work progress and any issues encountered.

- Collect detailed instructions and information from the Production Manager regarding job requirements.

- Communicate job card details and explain technical drawings clearly to carpenters, painters, and other production staff receiving the job cards.

- Ensure that all team members understand their tasks and the specifications to avoid errors and delays.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with production staff to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of work.

- Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

- Support the Production Manager in resolving any production-related issues or bottlenecks.





- Maintain a good understanding of interior design and production processes to effectively support the team.

- Assist in documenting any changes or updates in job specifications and communicate them promptly.

- Coordinate and oversee work involving carpenters, painters, machine operators, manual labor, and modular work to ensure all aspects of production are aligned and executed efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of interior production processes, materials, and techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and technical documents.

- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between management and production teams.

- Good organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate job cards.

- Ability to build rapport and maintain good working relationships with carpenters, painters, machine operators, and other team members.

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to assist and learn.

- Prior experience or education in interior production, engineering, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Reporting:

- Reports directly to the Production Manager.

Work Environment:

- In office presence required to coordinate with production teams.

- Cooperative and fast-paced interior production setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
