About the Role

Global Consulting (GC) is looking for enthusiastic Jr. IT Project & Customer Coordinators interested in building a career in IT project management, technology, customer coordination and business operations.

This position combines IT project coordination with customer communication. You do not need to be a programmer or have an IT degree.

Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and gain exposure to live IT, software and technology projects while learning how to coordinate with customers, engineers, developers, vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities across IT and software projects.
- Communicate with customers regarding project requirements, schedules and updates.
- Assist Project Managers with planning,



execution and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers, developers, engineers, vendors and internal teams.
- Track project tasks, deadlines, milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare MOMs, project trackers, reports and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and follow up on pending activities.
- Respond professionally to customer emails and queries.
- Ensure customer requests are communicated to the appropriate technical teams.
- Learn the basics of software, IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, AI and SaaS projects.
- Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Support multiple projects and ensure timely follow-ups and communication.

Candidates from B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, BE, IT, Computer Science, Management and other educational backgrounds can apply.

We are primarily looking for candidates with good spoken and written English, robust coordination and follow-up skills, basic MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge, confidence, willingness to learn and an interest in technology.

No Prior IT Experience Required

Programming or coding knowledge is not mandatory. Training will be provided.

This is a suitable opportunity for freshers who want to enter the IT industry in a project coordination/customer-facing role rather than as a software developer.

Candidates will gain practical exposure to IT projects, software projects, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, customer coordination and project management.
