You do not need to be a programmer or have an IT degree.Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and gain exposure to live IT, software and technology projects while learning how to coordinate with customers, engineers, developers, vendors and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day activities across IT and software projects.Communicate with customers regarding project requirements,



schedules and updates.Assist Project Managers with planning, execution and follow-ups.Coordinate with customers, developers, engineers, vendors and internal teams.Track project tasks, deadlines, milestones and deliverables.Prepare MOMs, project trackers, reports and documentation.Schedule meetings and follow up on pending activities.Respond professionally to customer emails and queries.Ensure customer requests are communicated to the appropriate technical teams.Learn the basics of software, IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, AI and SaaS projects.Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the appropriate team.Support multiple projects and ensure timely follow-ups and communication.?
