Job Title: Project Engineer (Electrical)

How can you make an Impact?

- Plan project electrical requirements in line with construction schedules and budgets.
- Review and finalize electrical designs, load calculations, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, and project stakeholders for design optimization.
- Prepare BOQs, technical comparisons,



and support procurement/vendor finalization.
- Ensure approvals and compliance with statutory authorities and utility providers.
- Manage electrical execution activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Monitor quality, safety, timelines, and installation standards at site.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag resolution.
- Handle electrical-related issues during project handover and post-possession stages.
- Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams for smooth transition.
- Track project progress, risks, and electrical milestones.
- Support implementation of cost optimization and energy-efficient solutions.
- Prepare MIS reports, progress reviews, and technical updates for management.

What are we looking for?

- B. Tech in Electrical Engineering (Regular Full-Time preferred).
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in residential/high-rise real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of HT/LT systems, substations, DGs, transformers, fire alarm systems, ELV systems, and electrical safety standards.
- Familiarity with statutory approvals and electrical compliance requirements.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
