Job Role: Legal Counsel

How can you make an Impact?
1. Conduct monthly site visits to all Jaipur projects to ensure statutory and legal compliances.
2.
Coordinate and conduct monthly compliance meetings for under-construction and post-construction projects with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Prepare and maintain a compliance tracker for all under-construction and post-construction projects at Jaipur location.
4. Prepare and maintain MIS related to NOCs and statutory approvals for Jaipur projects.
5. Follow up and coordinate with authorities and internal teams for resolution of non-compliance issues and closure of statutory observations.
6. Support management in obtaining timely statutory approvals and clearances as required.
What are we looking for? A qualified skilled with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
Speaking, reading & writing proficiency in both English & Hindi
Working knowledge on RERA preferred.
Having experience in drafting various types of contracts.
Constantly seek to learn and find ways to keep yourself updated.
