Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Sales role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable pieces from traditional, contemporary, and fashion jewellery collections. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features, materials, and craftsmanship, managing sales transactions, and supporting after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Jewellery

Sales professional will maintain store displays, coordinate with the design and polishing teams for accurate information,



and participate in product training to stay updated on new collections. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, achieving sales targets, and upholding the brand’s standards of trust and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry collections, with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, relationship building, and handling customer queries professionally.
- Basic understanding of jewellery Polishing and finishing processes to explain product quality and care to customers.
- Capacity to participate in and deliver Training related to products, sales techniques, and customer experience.
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced boutique workplace.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in commerce
