Diamond Atelier is a Recent York–headquartered lab-grown diamond company, with manufacturing in Surat and teams across Mumbai, Delhi and New York. Our jewelry brand, Diamond Forest , is already launched in New York.

We are looking for a Jewelry Merchandiser to manage the backend of our jewelry product operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage product SKUs, master sheets and product databases
- Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, costing and product information
- Coordinate with production, sales, e-commerce and marketing teams
- Track new products, stock movement and product status
- Prepare merchandising and inventory reports
- Identify stock discrepancies and missing product information
- Manage product listings and updates across e-commerce platforms
- Maintain organized product and collection records

Requirements




- 2–6 years of experience in jewelry merchandising, product operations or inventory
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience handling large product catalogs
- Experience managing a diamond/jewelry e-commerce website is a strong plus
- Experience listing jewelry on Etsy or similar marketplaces is a plus
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and jewelry specifications is preferred
