Sales Associate – Jewellery Retail

Kundan Jewellers is looking for a Sales Associate to join our retail team in Kurla. We are looking for someone who is confident with customers, comfortable using a computer, and willing to learn jewellery products and our billing/inventory software.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with gold, silver and jewellery purchases
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Explain basic product details, pricing, purity and ongoing offers clearly
- Handle products carefully during display, trials and sales
- Assist with billing, invoicing and entering customer/sales details into the system
- Learn and use the store’s jewellery billing and inventory software




- Maintain product displays and keep the sales counter organised
- Follow up with customers when required
- Support stock checking and other day-to-day store operations

Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate
- 1 year of experience; good communication skills can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Comfortable learning new billing/inventory software

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred
- Presentable, responsible and comfortable interacting with customers
- Candidates living in or around Kurla / nearby areas preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
