Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to manage electrical maintenance and ensure the reliable operation of electrical systems and machinery in a spinning mill. The candidate should have strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical maintenance of spinning mill machinery and plant electrical systems.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize machine downtime.

- Maintain and monitor HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, motors, drives, MCCs, PCCs, and control systems.

- Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems for spinning, winding, carding, drawing, roving, and other textile machinery.

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

- Monitor electrical power consumption and identify opportunities for energy saving.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.





- Maintain electrical maintenance records, reports, and spare-parts inventory.

- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

- Supervise and guide electricians, technicians, and maintenance staff.

- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment when required.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

- 5–10 years of experience, preferably in the spinning/textile/manufacturing industry.

- Robust knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

- should possess C Licence

- Good knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdown situations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
