Selverra Studio is looking for a high-energy, target-driven Senior Jewellery Sales Associate with exceptional sales ability, strong customer-handling skills, and a passion for luxury and design.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Welcome and engage clients with a polished, personalised approach.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, occasions, and budgets.
- Present and recommend suitable jewellery, décor, and lifestyle pieces.
- Drive sales, close deals, and consistently work towards achieving and exceeding targets.
- Generate and convert walk-ins, enquiries, appointments, referrals, and follow-up leads.
- Build robust relationships with premium and high-value customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer objections confidently and use effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Explain product details including materials, craftsmanship, pricing, and care.
- Manage customer appointments, follow-ups, billing, packaging,



and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Ensure product displays and the studio environment reflect Selverra’s luxury standards.
- Coordinate with design and operations teams regarding product availability and customer requirements.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has✔️ 2–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury, premium retail, fashion, or a high-end customer-facing environment. ✔️ Excellent sales and closing skills with a strong hunger to achieve targets.

✔️ Confidence in handling premium and high-value customers.

✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

✔️ A natural ability to understand customers and turn their requirements into sales opportunities.

✔️ Interest in jewellery, luxury products, design, craftsmanship, and aesthetics.

✔️ Strong follow-up, organisation, and attention to detail.

✔️ Professional grooming and a polished personality.

✔️ Comfort with basic digital tools, billing/POS systems, and sales records.

✔️ Fluency in Hindi, English and local language(Gujarati) is preferred.
