About The Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated React JS Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using React JS. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of scalable, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in JavaScript and modern front-end technologies, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in front-end development with React JS.
- Strong proficiency in React JS, including component architecture, hooks, state management, and lifecycle methods.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), including async/await, promises, modules, destructuring, and DOM manipulation.
- Proficiency in CSS, with expertise in responsive design, Flexbox, Grid, CSS variables, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.




- Experience translating UX/UI mock-ups into functional components, with a focus on accessibility standards such as WCAG.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good understanding of version control systems like Git.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using React JS.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mock-ups into high-quality, accessible, and responsive components.
- Implement best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and testing to ensure robust application delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other services seamlessly.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance application performance and usability.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving bugs or issues identified during testing or post-deployment.
- Contribute to documentation and technical specifications for ongoing projects and new initiatives.
