Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical team and provide day-to-day technical guidance and mentoring.

Design, build and support resilient Java/Spring backend services and APIs.

Drive solution design with technical documentation and UML diagrams.





Deliver end-to-end features using React + TypeScript where required.

Implement microservices, micro-database and event-driven architectures.

Develop workflow-driven capabilities using BPMN.

Ensure production readiness through logging, error handling, resilience and observability.

Develop and maintain batch-processing workloads.

Drive automated unit/integration testing and address code-quality/security findings.

Containerize and deploy applications using Docker & Kubernetes.

Contribute to cloud services development in an Agile/Scrum environment.
