Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based microservices architecture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing coding standards.

- Participate in architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.

- Develop and maintain large-scale Java applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate.

- Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
