 Role Overview

 We are looking for a Java Application Support Engineer to provide L1L2 production support for enterprise applications The role involves troubleshooting issues monitoring applications handling incidents and ensuring high availability of systems in production environments

 Key Responsibilities:

 Provide L1L2 production support for Java-based applications

 Monitor application health logs and S to ensure system availability

 Handle incident problems and change management via ticketing tools, e.g., ServiceNow

 Perform initial troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of issues

 Manage end-to-end ticket lifecycle, including escalation and communication with stakeholders

 Support UAT and production environments, including deployments and configuration changes

 Monitor and manage batch jobs and scheduled processes

 Ensure proper application monitoring ing and reporting mechanisms





 Coordinate with development infrastructure and DevOps teams for issue resolution

 Maintain documentation SOPs and knowledge base for recurring issues
