About the Role

Are you a seasoned Java backend expert with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications?

We’re looking for a Software Development Lead who loves solving complex problems, leading by example, and working with modern cloud-native technologies

You’ll be at the heart of designing and developing cutting-edge microservices, mentoring a talented dev team, and ensuring seamless collaboration with DevOps and product teams.

What You’ll Do

Design & develop Java-based backend services using Spring Boot and microservices architecture

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business ideas into robust technical solutions

Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability

Design efficient SQL schemas and queries

Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins & Bitbucket

Test and debug APIs using Postman and your favorite IDE

Deploy & manage services on Google Cloud (GKE, Spanner, BigQuery)

Mentor junior developers and uphold coding best practices





Partner with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and system stability

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

9+ years of hands-on backend development experience

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

Proficiency in SQL and experience with MongoDB / Redis

CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, or similar

Cloud experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure

Familiarity with GKE, Spanner, BigQuery

Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

Leadership experience mentoring developers
