- Ensure smooth handover of IT services to operations teams.
- Monitor and report on transition progress and address challenges.

- Identify and mitigate risks during the transition process.
- Document processes and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in managing IT service transitions, ideally in the engineering industry, having 8 to 15 years of experience.
- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards.
