About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Systems & Automation Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and modernizing our internal IT infrastructure while spearheading the development of AI agents and automation solutions to streamline internal business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, with a strong focus on building intelligent automation and integrations.

Beyond routine administration, this position involves designing and implementing AI-driven workflows, strengthening our Microsoft ecosystem, and ensuring endpoint security and operational efficiency. The Senior IT Admin will work closely with cross-functional teams to adopt new tools and methodologies swiftly, ensuring our IT environment remains innovative, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure administration, with proven expertise in managing enterprise environments.





Essential qualifications include hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, and Windows endpoint management. Proficiency in Python scripting is mandatory, along with familiarity with other programming or scripting languages. A strong troubleshooting mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies are crucial.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent ownership, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Prior experience with AI automation platforms, such as Moveworks or ServiceNow, is advantageous but not mandatory. A background in software development or automation building will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using platforms like Claude and ChatGPT to automate and optimize internal business processes.
- Create and maintain API integrations between various internal applications to facilitate seamless data flow and automation.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Manage identity lifecycle, access controls, governance policies, and security protocols to safeguard organizational data and resources.
- Oversee Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance enforcement, and endpoint configuration.
- Implement and manage endpoint security policies using Microsoft Defender, monitor threat responses, and maintain compliance across all devices.
- Coordinate provisioning,



configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of Windows-based laptops and desktops.
- Handle software and hardware provisioning requests, troubleshoot IT issues, and provide technical support to end-users.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and other scripting tools to streamline repetitive tasks and reporting workflows.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools and automation solutions to enhance internal operational efficiency.
- Support reporting, analytics, system monitoring, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, track IT assets, and adhere to operational best practices to ensure system integrity and compliance.
