nStrata Tech Sales, a division of StrataStack Technologies, is looking for an experienced IT Senior Sales Strategist & Executive to drive software/IT sales, build customer relationships, and guide our sales team.We're a field sales partner for B2B software companies expanding across Tamil Nadu. We deploy trained executives to meet business owners face-to-face — from Trichy.

n3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or a related role.

nSalary

n₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

nWhat You’ll Do

n

n Develop and execute sales strategies for IT/software products.

nIdentify and generate new B2B customer opportunities.

n Handle client meetings, product discussions, demos, and negotiations.

nBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

n Plan and coordinate field visits across Chennai when required.

nManage, mentor, and guide the sales team.

n Track team performance, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.





nHelp team members improve their sales approach and customer handling.

n Work closely with management on sales targets and market strategy.

nIdentify new market opportunities and improve sales processes.

nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n 3+ years of experience in IT/Software/SaaS/B2B sales.

nStrong understanding of the Chennai business market.

n Proven ability to generate and close B2B sales.

nExperience managing or mentoring sales executives.

n Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

nComfortable speaking with business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers.

n Self-driven and capable of working independently in a WFH environment.

nWillingness to travel for significant client meetings and field activities.

n* Tamil and English communication skills are preferred.
