We are hiring for our company for the role of IT Recruiter.

Exp - 2 to 4 Years

NP - Immediate to 15 Days

Interview - Face to Face Interview only (Bangalore, Marathalli)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Work extensively on contract staffing across various IT technologies.
- Handle hiring requirements for product-based clients and understand their specific expectations.
- Source profiles through job portals, social platforms, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct candidate evaluation on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for niche and high-demand skills.
- Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation for selected candidates.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.




- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
- Mandatory: Strong experience in contract staffing with product-based clients.
- Excellent understanding of IT technologies (Java, Cloud, QA, DevOps, SAP, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking, Embedded etc.).
- Proficient in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, and other advanced tools.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced hiring environments with tight deadlines.
- Immediate joiners highly preferred.
