We are looking for a proactive and technically sound professional to manage the implementation of technology solutions across multiple locations. The candidate will coordinate with clients, local IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful deployment, configuration, user adoption, and ongoing support of business applications, particularly dialer and CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the implementation of IT solutions across multiple branch locations with the support of local IT staff.

2. Gather, understand, and document client requirements, and translate them into functional requirements for the development team.

3. Plan, coordinate, and track feature development with third-party vendors and ensure timely delivery.

4. Manage dialer and CRM configuration, feature enablement, testing, and deployment.

5. Handle incident tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors until resolution.

6. Conduct product demonstrations, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer for end users.

7. Prepare implementation plans, project status reports, MIS reports, and technical documentation.

8. Maintain issue logs, change requests, and project documentation.

Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth production rollout.

10. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.

11. Ensure adherence to project timelines and service-level commitments.

Salary - 35,000 per month

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and client-handling skills.

- Experience in IT implementation, project coordination, or technical support.

- Knowledge of CRM, Dialer, SaaS applications, APIs, and basic networking concepts.

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

- Strong documentation, reporting, and MIS preparation skills.

- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in IT implementation, technical project coordination, or application support.

- Experience with telephony/dialer solutions, CRM platforms, or managed IT services will be an added advantage.
