: IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role requires strong expertise in contract staffing and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring, along with proven client handling and negotiation skills.

Experience with ATS platforms is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment: Manage requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Contract staffing & C2H hiring: Handle hiring for short-term and contract-to-hire positions.

- Client handling: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination.

- Negotiation skills: Effectively negotiate offers and close positions.

- ATS management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruitment processes.

- Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn,



and Monster.

- Communication: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to align recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience.

- Strong background in contract staffing and C2H hiring.

- Proven client handling and negotiation skills.

- Experience with ATS tools (added advantage).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Work Details and Location:

- Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

- Schedule: Full time, 5 days office

- Interview: Walk-in
