FutureAce Hospital, Edappally is looking for an experienced and responsible IT Manager to manage and oversee our hospital’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the hospital’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.

- Ensure smooth functioning of HIS/EMR, servers, computers, biometric/punching systems, and other IT applications.

- Monitor network connectivity, system performance, backups, and data security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.

- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.

- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security.

- Ensure regular data backup and assist in disaster recovery planning.

- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

- Provide technical support and guidance to all departments.





- Coordinate with management and department heads regarding IT requirements and improvements.

- Ensure timely maintenance and upgrades of IT systems.

Required Skills:

- B.Tech / B.E. (CSE/IT), MCA, MSc Computer Science, or equivalent preferred.

- 2–4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.

- Strong knowledge of Networking, Windows, Servers, Hardware & Software troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of hospital HIS/EMR systems will be an advantage.

- Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.

- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and team-management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle critical IT issues.
