About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across the organization. The role involves end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, device management, networking, security, and backup operations.

Role & responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to desktop engineering and IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for end-user computing infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, Endpoint Security, Intune, and offboarding processes.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
- Support Conditional Access, VPN, firewall, LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage and monitor server/file backups and perform data restoration when required.
- Maintain IT assets, documentation, and support records.
- Resolve IT issues within defined SLAs.
- Follow IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills

- 3-4 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration.
- Strong Windows, hardware,



and software troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD & Autopilot.
- Good knowledge of Networking, VPN, Firewall & Endpoint Security.
- Experience with Backup & Restore processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support role with expertise in Windows Troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Diploma in relevant field such as IT & Data Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies like Active Directory, DNS/DHCP/VPN/Firewall/Endpoint Security/Intune.
