We are looking for an experienced IT Lead with 8+ years of experience to oversee the organization’s IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, systems, and technology operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, scalable, and productive IT operations while supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Strategy: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.

- Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

- IT Infrastructure: Manage and maintain hardware, software, networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure.

- Infrastructure Security: Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, scalable, reliable, and resilient.

- Cybersecurity: Develop, implement, and monitor cybersecurity policies and controls to protect organizational systems and data.

- Vendor Management: Manage IT vendors and service providers, monitor SLAs, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.

- Technology Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies that improve productivity, efficiency, and business operations.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.

- Uptime: Monitor system performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.





- Cloud &

- Data Management: Manage cloud platforms, data storage, backup solutions, and secure access to organizational data.

- Policy &

- Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable security standards.

- Team Management: Coordinate with the IT team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to management.

- Security Implementation &

- Monitoring: Configure and manage security solutions including firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls, and monitoring tools.

- Incident Management: Track, investigate, and resolve IT and security incidents while maintaining appropriate documentation.

- Disaster Management: Support disaster recovery, backup, and system restoration processes to minimize business disruption.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, or IT management.Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, backups, and IT infrastructure.

- Experience managing firewalls, endpoint security, access controls, and monitoring systems.

- Experience with vendor management and SLA management.Strong understanding of IT security, disaster recovery, and business continuity.Good analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
