Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a technically skilled engineer responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and support of IT hardware, software, networking systems and FM Radio broadcast equipment. The role will ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations and minimum downtime.

IT Hardware & Software Maintenance

- Installation, configuration and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshooting of hardware, operating system and software-related issues.
- Installation and maintenance of required software, applications and utilities.
- Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, switches, routers and network troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with IT vendors/service providers for hardware and software support.
- Perform preventive maintenance on UPS, DG, AC, electrical panels, and earthing systems.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, IT, Computer Science, Electrical or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT hardware/software support, networking and/or FM broadcasting.
