Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and systems at our warehouse..

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network switches, LAN/WAN, routers, and basic networking infrastructure.

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and cameras.

- Monitor CCTV connectivity and coordinate for repairs/replacement when required.

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and basic system-related issues.

- Manage user accounts, system access, and IT-related requirements at the warehouse.

- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for IT hardware, networking, CCTV and other technical issues.

- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, network equipment, CCTV equipment, and related infrastructure.

- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and minimize downtime.

- Support employees with day-to-day IT-related queries and issues.

- Follow IT security, backup and company infrastructure policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in IT,



Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support/infrastructure/networking.

- Good hands-on knowledge of network switches and basic networking concepts.

- Practical knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.

- Good knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop troubleshooting, printers, and peripherals.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Should be comfortable working independently at a warehouse .

- Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage in office technical issues independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
