JOB SUMMARY

Geeta University is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IQAC Coordinator to lead the university's internal quality assurance processes. The role involves driving continuous improvement in academic and administrative quality, coordinating accreditation activities, and embedding a culture of quality across departments in line with national quality assurance frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and lead the university's NAAC and NBA accreditation processes, including preparation of Self-Study Reports (SSR) and other accreditation documentation.
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across academic and administrative functions of the university.
- Prepare and submit the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) within prescribed timelines.
- Conduct periodic academic audits of departments to assess and enhance teaching-learning quality and institutional performance.
- Liaise with heads of departments and faculty to establish and monitor quality benchmarks across academic programs.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and sensitization programs for faculty and staff on quality parameters and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records required for accreditation cycles and institutional quality reviews.
- Design, administer, and analyze feedback mechanisms from students, faculty, alumni, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate the implementation of quality initiatives recommended by regulatory and accreditation bodies.




- Support departments in preparing for inspections, peer team visits, and quality audits.
- Maintain the IQAC website/portal and ensure timely dissemination of quality-related information to stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for university leadership on quality assurance progress and outcomes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

- Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university; a Ph.D. is preferred.
- Prior experience in academic quality assurance, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), or institutional research in a higher education setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with UGC and accreditation body guidelines, frameworks, and reporting formats.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Robust analytical, report-writing, and documentation skills.
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with quality assurance software/tools and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple accreditation and audit timelines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to institutional excellence.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
