Job Summary

- Support finance transformation engagements covering operating model design, GCC/GBS/Shared Services strategy, process excellence, governance, and service delivery model design under senior leadership guidance.
- Identify and document finance improvement opportunities across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (RTR), including potential Agentic AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics use cases.
- Conduct finance process maturity assessments and gap analyses to surface simplification, standardization, automation, augmentation, and intelligent-workflow opportunities.
- Contribute to future-state operating model deliverables including service catalogues, governance frameworks, location strategy, role design, KPIs, transition approach, and implementation roadmaps.
- Support proposal and business development efforts with benchmark insights, value case inputs, operating model narratives, and AI-enabled finance transformation perspectives.
- Collaborate with finance, technology, AI, and data teams to translate business requirements into practical solution concepts, functional specifications, and implementation-ready deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver structured finance process assessments across OTC, P2P, and RTR, identifying pain points, control gaps, standardization opportunities, and potential areas for automation or AI enablement.
- Design and document future-state finance process flows, defining roles, handoffs, controls, service levels, and opportunities for human-assisted or AI-enabled ways of working.
- Develop workflow blueprints that translate finance pain points into deployable solution concepts, working with engineering, AI architecture, and data teams to validate feasibility and business alignment.
- Act as a finance functional SME in cross-functional delivery teams, supporting functional analysis, process design, configuration inputs, business validation, and solution adoption.
- Translate finance business requirements into clear functional specifications, process maps,



user stories, test scenarios, and business validation criteria for technology and data teams.
- Support user acceptance testing, solution demonstrations, workshop materials, issue resolution, and iterative refinement cycles with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Create analytical models and value stories for GCC/GBS and finance transformation, covering location strategy, organization sizing, productivity levers, cost-benefit modelling, KPI improvement, and transformation ROI.
- Support implementation of AI-enabled finance tools (ERP AI co-pilots, intelligent automation platforms, LLM-based finance assistants).
- Drive change management deliverables – stakeholder impact assessments, training plans, and communication materials for AI adoption journeys.
- Maintain and evolve knowledge assets including finance process playbooks, GCC/GBS benchmarks, automation catalogues, AI use-case libraries, maturity assessment tools, and transformation value levers.
- Stay current on finance transformation trends, GCC/GBS evolution, process automation, ERP innovations, GenAI applications, Agentic AI concepts, and responsible AI considerations relevant to CFO and finance operations.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Education: MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution, or CA / CMA qualification.
- Experience: 4–7 years in Finance transformation, Shared Services, GBS, or related consulting roles.
- Agentic AI & • GenAI Exposure: Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, GenAI applications, Copilots, and AI agents in finance is preferred; hands-on experience with AI-enabled finance tools or use-case prototyping is an advantage.

- Finance Process Expertise: Sound understanding of OTC, P2P, and RTR processes; ability to map process flows, identify pain points, assess controls, and design practical future-state workflows.
- Digital & • ERP Literacy:



Exposure to ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud Financials) and digital finance tools; awareness of AI co-pilot features embedded in leading ERPs.

- Operating Model Fundamentals: Understanding of GCC/GBS/SSC design principles, service framework concepts, location strategy, governance models, role design, KPIs, and transition planning for finance organizations.
- Analytics & • Modelling: Strong analytical skills; ability to build business cases, process models, and benchmarking analyses using Excel, PowerPoint, and/or data visualisation tools.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with finance, technology, AI, data, and enterprise architecture teams; comfortable translating finance requirements into structured functional specifications and business validation inputs.
- AI & • Data Awareness: Basic familiarity with enterprise data concepts, AI-enabled finance applications, ERP-embedded AI capabilities, analytics platforms, and cloud-based AI or analytics services are an advantage.

- Responsible AI Awareness: Awareness of responsible AI principles, data privacy considerations, model risk, transparency, and governance considerations as applied to finance processes.
- Collaboration: Effective team player with strong written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with client stakeholders and cross-functional Accenture teams across strategy, consulting, technology, AI, data, and digital engineering practices.
