Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage cash applications, including O2C Cash Application, Cash Applications, OTC, Cash Apps, and Collections Process.
- Perform B2B Collection activities such as Ar Collection and Otc Collection.
- Ensure timely processing of customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to accounts receivable.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries from customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in Order To Cash (O2C) process or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Finance).
- Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members.
