Garuda Aerospace is looking for an experienced Head – Inventory to lead inventory planning, stores, warehouse operations, and material control across our growing drone manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end inventory, stores & warehouse operations.
- Ensure optimum stock levels for RM, WIP, finished goods, spares and consumables.
- Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliation and stock ageing.
- Implement Min/Max levels, Safety Stock, Reorder Levels and ABC/XYZ analysis.
- Ensure material availability for production while controlling inventory costs.
- Manage serial/lot traceability for critical components.
- Partner with Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance and Logistics teams.




- Drive ERP-based inventory management and process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, turnover, ageing, stock-outs and carrying cost.
- Lead and develop the Inventory/Stores team.

Key Requirements

- 8–12+ years of experience in Inventory / Stores / Warehouse / Supply Chain.
- Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics or Defence experience preferred.
- Solid ERP and MS Excel knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with MRP, inventory optimization, Lean/5S and cycle counting.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
