Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily inventory operations and ensure accurate stock records.

- Monitor physical vs. system inventory and investigate discrepancies.

- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for FMCG products.

- Supervise inward, putaway, picking, dispatch, and stock movement activities.

- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.

- Monitor GRN, RTV, stock adjustments, and inventory reconciliation.

- Identify inventory variances and drive RCA & corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Supply chain Team.

- Ensure proper batch, MRP, expiry, SKU, and quantity controls.

- Maintain inventory reports and daily/weekly MIS.

- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and inventory control processes.

Requirements:

- Experience in FMCG / E-commerce / Warehouse Operations.

- Prior experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.

- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management systems.

- Strong understanding of SKU, batch, MRP, FIFO/FEFO, GRN, RTV and stock audit processes.

- Good team-handling and coordination skills.

- Ability to identify discrepancies and independently drive closure.
