We are looking for a hands-on Inventory & Warehouse Manager to manage NattyGarb’s day-to-day inventory and warehouse operations across our warehouse, retail store, online orders and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- BUSY Software: Manage inventory entries, stock transfers, adjustments, reports and reconciliation on BUSY.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate SKU-wise stock across sizes, colours and styles.
- Warehouse Operations: Manage inward/outward stock, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Stock Transfers: Coordinate stock movement between warehouse, store and other channels with proper documentation.
- Order & Logistics: Coordinate online/marketplace orders, dispatches, returns, RTOs and logistics partners.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly inventory reports and track fast- and slow-moving stock.
- Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the production team.
- System Accuracy:



Ensure physical stock and system stock are always properly reconciled.

Ideal Candidate

- Hands-on BUSY Software experience is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory/warehouse operations; fashion/apparel experience preferred.
- Good understanding of SKUs, sizes, colours, barcodes and stock movement.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and good at follow-ups.
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on doer who takes ownership rather than just coordinating.

Important: BUSY Software proficiency is a must-have requirement. Candidates without hands-on BUSY experience will not be considered

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
