Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance is preferred.

Accounting background is preferred

1–4 years of experience.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Upload and process the latest vendor bills for all restaurant locations and franchise outlets.

Perform category mapping and classification of items after bill processing to ensure accurate record management.

Maintain and update the item library by clearing obsolete or inactive items across all restaurants and franchises.

Assist in the preparation of month-end closing reports,



including reconciliation and financial data consolidation for all restaurant and franchise locations.

Prepare and manage Indian item billing and inter-location transfer bills for all restaurant outlets.

Review uploaded bills, identify missing information, and update records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Support inventory, billing, and financial reporting activities to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity across restaurant operations.
