This is not your usual internship. At Team Everest, you will get to be part of one of India’s largest youth-run NGOs. You will learn real-world skills, work on live projects, and gain experiences that most college students do not get in classrooms.

From Marketing to Help Desk, you will be placed in a department where a manager will guide and train you. This is your chance to upskill, earn, and add something powerful to your resume.

Internship Details

- Period: 1 year

- Duration: 4 hours/day (Morning or Afternoon shift based on college timing)

- Stipend: ₹2,500 per month

- Location: Chromepet, Chennai (Work from Office only)

- Working Days: 24 days/month (2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays Sundays are holidays)

- Joining Date: Immediate

Requirements

What You Will Do?

- Work in one specific department (like Marketing, Help Desk, Operations, etc.)

- Learn basic operations and day-to-day tasks from your manager

- Take knowledge transfer sessions to understand how things work

- Practice using digital tools and, if relevant, AI tools in your role

- Contribute to projects that create real social impact

What We’re Looking For?

- Education: Any degree

- Communication Skills: Able to talk and write clearly with teammates

- Organizational Skills: Keep things on track and manage simple tasks

- Willingness to Learn: Curious to understand how departments function

- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with MS Office, email, and browsing tools

- Work Ethic: Ready to learn, work hard, and handle tasks independently & in a team

- Commitment: 1-year internship (4 hours/day)
