Interview Process :

There will be two rounds of the interview process:

Practical Evaluation:

Candidates will be asked to develop a sample project in their preferred area (e.g., .NET, .NET MVC, .NET Core, API, or Front-End/UI).

Oral Interview:

Technical and general question-answer round.

Employment Agreement

Selected candidates have to complete the 6-month or required internship period.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong interest or experience in Web Design / UI Design with a portfolio of projects (academic or live preferred)
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web design
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout structure, typography, and color theory
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and basic front-end interactions
- Ability to convert Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop designs into responsive web pages
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design approach




- Experience designing layouts for web apps, landing pages, dashboards, and marketing websites
- Familiarity with modern UI trends and design standards
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly design practices
- Experience optimizing images and assets for fast performance
- Ability to collaborate with developers and understand technical constraints
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Understanding of user behavior and usability principles
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
- Good written and spoken English communication skills

Good to Have

- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Basic animation or micro-interaction design skills
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or contemporary UI frameworks

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
