Internship Duration & Benefits

Candidates can choose from the following internship durations:

- 45 Days: Internship Certificate
- 2 Months: Internship Certificate + PPO Opportunity
- 3.5 Months: Internship Certificate + PPO Opportunity + ₹4,000 Overall Stipend

PPO will be offered based on performance and organizational requirements.

Educational Qualification

- MBA in Human Resources (MBA HR) is required.
- Candidates with a strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resource Management are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the complete recruitment and selection process.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interview rounds.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in employee onboarding and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for campus recruitment.




- Assist in planning and executing campus hiring activities.
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of HR processes.
- Take up additional HR responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Skills Required
- MBA HR with good knowledge of HR fundamentals.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Confidence in conducting candidate interactions and interviews.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment activities efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
